The learning of the self

The Alexander Technique is about learning how to be aware of what you are doing with yourself during all your activities. It is a practical method you can learn to apply into your daily routine as well as in your performance.  Applying the Technique makes breathing, speaking and singing much easier, movements get lighter and more fluent. Learning how to use the Alexander Technique will provide you optimaal muscle tone, therefore less tension whilst in action, as well as at rest.
